As part of our ongoing commitment to safeguarding your personal information, we’ve streamlined our application process.
In order to register your interest in membership, all you need to do is to complete the form below. A member of the DCA team will then contact you by e-mail within 48 hours to explain the application process to you.
When your completed application form reaches us, your business name only will be added to our “Pending Members” page. Your e-mail address, and telephone number will only be used to send you information in relation to your request to apply for membership, and no details from the form will be passed to anyone else. Your application form is purely to register your interest in membership and will not be used for any other purpose. If you decide to continue with your application, you will be given the opportunity to opt-in to further e-mail communication from us, should you wish to do so.
Your business will remain listed on the Pending Members page for the duration of the time it takes for your application to be completed. If you wish to withdraw your application & have your business listing removed, you can request this at anytime by e-mailing the DCA team at:
For added security and convenience, when we e-mail you to confirm receipt of your application form, the e-mail will be sent directly from our Gmail (Google) e-mail address. Click here to read the Google policy on general data protection regulation (GDPR).
Please note that the e-mails we send occasionally get caught in spam filters / junk folders if we are e-mailing for the first time. Please check your spam / junk folder if you have not received an e-mail within 48 hours. You can reduce the risk of this happening by sending us an e-mail after submitting your application, to:

If we do not get a response to our e-mail within fourteen days, we will attempt to contact you by telephone during office hours. The contact details you send us will be held by us for up to 12 months and we may contact you at during this period to discuss your application. Prior to your application being accepted, your contact details will never be passed to any 3rd-party and only then with your prior consent via our online GDPR form which will be sent to you upon completion of the application process.
In the unlikely event you don’t receive an e-mail from us, please check your spam folder(s). If there is still no e-mail correspondence, you can notify us of this in the following ways:

As part of the application process you will be asked to provide a copy of your public liability insurance schedule, and -if you are a sole-trader- evidence that you are registered with HMRC.
If yours is a limited company, we can use the Companies House website to verify that your business is registered.
